TEXARKANA, TEXAS - 4 April 2006: IBM and Boston-based Sky Technologies, LLC, announced today that they have settled a lawsuit brought by Sky Technologies in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas alleging patent infringement, breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets.
