Sky Infringement Cases Set for Trial

Sky's patent infringement cases against three leading software companies have been scheduled for trial.
Sky's lawsuit against defendant Ariba, Inc., alleging willful patent infringement of Ariba's Spend Management
software, has been scheduled for trial in The United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in
December 2007. Sky's lawsuit against defendants SAP, Inc., and Oracle, Inc., alleging willful patent infringement
of a broad range of each company's respective software products, has been scheduled for trial in The United States
District Court for the Eastern District of Texas in November 2008. Sky is represented in the lawsuits by Steve Susman of
Susman Godfrey in Houston, Texas.
